Singapore Police Force Recruitment 2019 Qualifications & Interest

1. Singapore Citizens

Age 16 Years Old and Above

Documentary proof stating that a COC is required by the various foreign government authorities or institutions for specific overseas purposes (e.g. migration / adoption / employment / further education)

2. Non-Singapore Citizens (Including Singapore Permanent Resident)

Submit an appeal for consideration on a case by case basis

Resided in Singapore for a minimum period of 6 months, under a valid pass issued by the Immigration’s Checkpoint Authority (ICA) or the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)

Age 16 Years Old and Above

Documentary proof stating that a COC is required by the various foreign government authorities or institutions for specific overseas purposes (e.g. migration / adoption / employment / further education)

CERTIFICATE OF CLEARANCE (COC)

Applicants may wish to note that there are alternative means to a COC such as a Statutory Declaration through the Commissioner of Oath or a qualified practitioner.

How To Apply

For Singaporean

Step 1: Apply for COC at the SPF eServices webpage Step

2: Complete the online forms & make payment via Credit/Debit Card or i-Banking Step

3: Upon notification that the application has been accepted, book a fingerprinting appointment Step

4: Visit COC Office for fingerprint taking Step

5: Collect the Certificate

For Non-Singapore Citizens (Including Singapore Permanent Resident)

Step 1: Appeal to apply for COC at the SPF eServices webpage Step

Step 2: Once notified that the appeal is approved, please proceed to “Apply for Certificate Of Clearance” similar to steps 1 to 5
